Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our upcoming NKCCA Annual Cheer & Dance Competition.
This year’s FALL event will be held on Saturday October 20, 2018 at Dixie Heights HS in Crestview Hills, KY.
A Winter Event will be held on Saturday Feb 2, 2019 at a Ryle HS in Union, KY.
Vendors will be determined and awarded spots on the following criteria: Previous NKCCA sponsorship, suitability of material to be displayed, timeliness of completed application and payment of fee. The NKCCA reserves the right to limit the number of vendors. Vendor space will not be secured until payment is received. Vendor setup is to be determined. After event, vendors are responsible for cleanup of assigned area.
Two vendor levels available for Winter 2/2/2019 competition:
Premium Exhibit/Sell* space in main lobby- $400 -limited to 1st of 4 vendors
This space includes: One of four vendor spots in front lobby viewed by all paying patrons when they enter the building. Each of these 4 vendors receives three tables, one outlet, 2 chairs, 4 exhibitor passes, 1 dock area parking pass *Please note Vendors selling items may not use the NKCCA logo on any of their items available for sale. Vendors using heat presses or items that require higher amounts of voltage must list those items on the application. The NKCCA reserves the right to limit those items, based on venue’s voltage availability.
Exhibit only- no items sold at these tables – $100
This space will be in hallway leading to gym & cafeteria. includes one table, 2 chairs, 2 exhibitor passes. Exhibit spot will be determined by date application & payment are received.
To register for our upcoming competition, please complete the following Google Form and Mail complete payment in order to confirm your spot. WInter Vendor applications and full payment are due by January 4, 2019.
